We are pleased to announce the first Request for Partnership for the Integrated Pest Management ‘Omics Initiative (IPM OMICS).

The IPM OMICS Initiative aims to build a foundation of molecular data to advance our understanding of Australia’s insects and enhance pest management strategies. This durable data resource generated by the initiative will include:

  • Whole genome sequencing for Australian invertebrates that directly impact primary industries, including pests and beneficials.
  • Population genetics.

This Request for Partnership is a non-competitive, collaborative, opportunity and is not a grant application.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING

  • Please ensure you have read all on the information page before completing the Request for Partnership (RFP) form.
  • Complete and submit one form per species of interest. The list of priority groups and species for the generation of genomic data can be found here.
  • Address all criteria/questions listed on the form. Please note you can edit the form after submitting it until the deadline.
