Vicki has taken research through development to market. She has built strategic partnerships across multidisciplinary research teams and brings a commercial health research and rapid diagnostics development background with experience working in start-up companies, large pharma, and universities, on new product development, project management, manufacturing, process improvement, and clinical trials.
She has developed strategy, budget and business plans and assisted in the establishment and implementation of ISO and TGA accredited manufacturing processes, channel partnerships, and technology transfer.
Vicki is focussed on enabling the highest quality research and development, and translating that to outcomes with a positive impact.
