Sophie has 18 years of research experience working across diverse international environments, including Private Institutes, University and industry-oriented research groups. She has expertise in molecular science, biotechnology and microbial genomics, and has participated in several large European Research consortia.
Sophie facilitates scientific collaboration through Bioplatforms national scientific initiatives providing a critical link and greater engagement between our infrastructure and scientific participants.
Research qualifications: Engineering degree (Biotechnology), Master of Science (Biotechnology), PhD (molecular environmental microbiology), 10 yr post doctoral experience.
