The Bioplatforms Australia (Bioplatforms)-sponsored Plant Pathogen ‘Omics Initiative is generating a resource consisting of genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic and metabolomic reference datasets to assist with managing and mitigating pest and disease outbreaks in the agriculture sector.
The Plant Pathogen ‘Omics Data & Collaboration Policy describes the data associated with the Plant Pathogen ‘Omics Initiative Consortium, the roles and responsibilities of consortium members and data users, as well as release schedules and communications/publications expectations.
