The Bioplatforms Australia sponsored ‘Australian ‘Functional’ Fungi Initiative’ is generating a resource to include genomic reference datasets as well transcriptomic, proteomic and metabolomic profiling that will enhance the knowledge of the nutritional, bioactive or structural attributes present in Australian ‘Functional’ fungi.
The Australian Functional Fungi Initiative Collaboration and Data use policy describes the data associated with the Australian Functional Fungi Initiative Consortium, the roles and responsibilities of consortium members and data users, as well as release schedules and communications/publications expectations.
